Returns
Plateau Home + Office guarantees that our products are of the highest quality and will arrive free of any material or manufacturing defects. If, for any reason, you discover a problem with your purchase, please contact us. If it is determined that the product needs to be returned to us we will provide an authorization number and shipping instructions. We can not accept returns without a valid return authorization number. The customer is responsible for return freight charges unless it is determined that that product is defective or was damaged in transit.
